CUSTOM ORDERS

A custom order includes changing stones and/or the raw materials used to create an existing design; or having a unique piece designed just for you. Custom orders are non-returnable.
Custom designs typically take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the availability of materials requested and the complexity of the piece. Please contact us to discuss your custom piece. A deposit of 50% of the total price of your custom piece is required before beginning the project; this deposit is non refundable. The remaining amount is required upon completion and approval.

If a piece is no longer in the online store, please feel free to contact us to see if one can be made as a custom order.

JEWELRY REPAIR

We will make every attempt to repair any item purchased through our online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair.
 We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and will provide repairs in the case of breakage free of charge for one year from the date of purchase on our online store. After one year, repairs may incur a charge. Elective repairs such as ring resizing, or damage by the customer normally involve a charge. For elective repairs or repairs due to customer damage there is a service charge of $25 plus the cost of additional materials and shipping.

REPLACEMENTS

If you've lost an earring, please contact us if you'd like to purchase a replacement. You will need to send us the remaining earring for matching.
