What shipping options do you offer?

We are pleased to offer free USPS Priority shipping on all orders! Once your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking for your package. We also offer UPS Two Day Air Saver and Overnight shipping services for an additional fee. We do require that you use a physical address and we are not able to ship to PO Boxes. If you would like us to insure your purchase, please contact us and we can add insurance to you shipment for an additional fee.

How quickly can I expect my order to ship?

Because each piece of jewelry is handmade to order by Christine, we cannot guarantee exact ship dates. We typically give a 2 week shipping window, but this can increase during holidays.  If you have a time sensitive request, please contact us prior to purchase and we will do everything we can to accomodate your needs.

Do you accept international orders?

We currently do not process international orders thru our online store. Please contact us if you would like to place an order and we will be happy to work with you. All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned for credit.

Do you accept returns / exchanges?

Christine personally makes each item to order and great care is taken with each piece to insure your satisfaction. Please note we do not accept exchanges or returns of one of a kind and limited editions rings, wedding bands, custom orders, or charitable promotions. All other merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition, for exchange or credit note. No refund will be given on shipping costs. Please contact us at info@christinemighion.com to receive an RA number and instructions for returns. If you return an item without a RA number, your package will not be accepted. We only accept returns for purchases from our online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy. Items must be returned unused and unworn with their original packaging. We do not accept COD deliveries. For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount. Christine Mighion Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Do you warranty your work?

At Christine Mighion Jewelry we pride ourselves with selecting the finest materials and the attention given in the assembly and manufacturing of your chosen designer piece. We guarantee that our fine quality designer pieces are manufactured with care, carefully inspected and are free from known defects. We will, without labor or material charges, repair or replace any defective pieces we see fit and deemed to have been defective as a result of manufacturing, for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

What if I damage my piece and need a repair?

You can rest assured that if you accidentally damage your piece, Christine will be glad to repair it. Once the damage is assessed a quote will be given for the cost of the repair.

I ordered the wrong ring size. Will Christine resize it or should I take it to my local jeweler?

Please, please contact us! We understand how difficult it can be to buy a ring online and even the best intentioned partner can choose the wrong size. For this reason, Christine offers one complementary resizing of any ring, except our unisex wedding bands if you purchased your piece thru our online store. We have had on more than one occasion a customer contact us in tears because their local jeweler removed the texture and matte finish, or damaged a stone. If you purchased your piece thru one of our exclusive retailers, we are happy to resize your ring for a $50 charge plus shipping.

Do you accept custom orders or work with precious stones provided by a customer?

A custom order includes changing stones and/or modifying an existing design; or having a unique piece designed just for you. Christine only works in recycled 18k and 14k yellow gold and recycled sterling silver. Custom orders are accepted on a case by case basis and all custom orders are non-returnable. Custom designs typically take 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the availability of materials requested and the complexity of the piece. A deposit of 50% of the total price of your custom piece is required before beginning the project; this deposit is non refundable. The remaining amount is required upon completion and approval. Christine is not currently accepting projects using stones provided by a customer due to liability reasons.

I really love that you are into philanthropy, but what happened to Jewelry for a Cause?

Christine feels strongly about supporting organizations that align with her values. Jewery for a Cause was a great way to choose a special piece that was dedicated to supporting an specific cause or organization. The feedback and interest in this was wonderful and as we have grown and evolved, so has this project. Christine felt that she could do more by dedicating a percentage of her profit from every item sold thru her online store rather than a select few. If you've lost an earring, please contact us if you'd like to purchase a replacement. You will need to send us the remaining earring for matching.

The website makes every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to ensure it remains private and secure. Christine Mighion Jewelry will not share any of your personal information. We do not gather any information about you when you visit this website unless you choose to provide the information to us. If you sign up for our newsletter, you will receive periodic e-mails from us announcing new products, events, or updates to our website. We do not share our e-mail list information with anyone not associated with us. If you no longer wish to be on our mailing list, please contact us.
