SHIPPING & HANDLING

All jewelry is handcrafted by Christine in her studio. We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love wearing your jewelry. If you have any questions about your order or about the pieces on our website, please email us and we'll get back to you right away!

All one of a kind items ship within 1 - 2 business days. Because each made to order piece of jewelry is handmade when your ordered is received, we cannot guarantee exact ship dates. We typically give a 2 week shipping window due to fabrication time, but this can increase during holidays. If you have a time sensitive request, please contact us prior to purchase and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

All orders shipped within Indiana are subject to 7% sales tax. 

US SHIPPING (WITH TRACKING)

Shipping methods include:

  • UPS Next Day Air 
  • UPS 2nd Day
  • UPS Ground
  • USPS Priority Class  ( 2-3 day service)
  • USPS Ground Advantage ( 5-8 day service)

At this time, we only ship UPS within the continental US. We are unable to ship with UPS to P.O. boxes, an A.P.O. or F.P.O. address, U.S. territories via UPS.  Shipping times exclude weekends and holidays. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

With the increased cost of shipping and EU regulations, we currently only offer shipping to Canada via USPS. However, please feel free to contact us for shipping quote if you live outside of North America. Include your full shipping address for fastest service.

PACKAGE PROTECTION 

By selecting Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout and paying a small fee based on 2% of your total order, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. If your order never arrives or is damaged when it arrives, you will receive a replacement order or be fully reimbursed if a replacement is not available as in the case of a one of kind piece.

If your package has been marked "delivered", yet you have not received it, please wait at least 3 days, but no longer than 15 days, after delivery confirmation to file a claim.   

To file a claim, contact us at info@christinemighion.com with your Order ID, contact info, and a description of the problem, and we will get back to you within 1 - 2 business days. However, if you declined Navidium Shipping Protection, and your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the carrier.
