SHIPPING POLICY
All US orders are shipped through UPS and are insured at the retail value. This makes the shipping charges slightly higher than standard shipping pricing, but we feel that the security of knowing you won’t suffer a loss if your jewelry does not arrive safely is well worth the extra expense. We require a physical address and will not deliver to P.O. boxes.You will receive an email when your order is shipped.
International orders are shipped USPS International Priority and USPS International Express.
Because each piece of jewelry is handmade to order, we cannot guarantee exact ship dates. We like to give a 1 – 2 week shipping window. Please contact us if you have a time sensitive request, and we would be happy to work with your needs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items are made to order and great care is taken with each piece. If you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us online, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund of your purchase price minus shipping. We only accept returns for purchases from our online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any custom orders or international orders. Items must be returned unused and unworn with their original packaging. We do not accept COD deliveries.
Please contact us prior to returning an item for refund or exchange. For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount. Christine Mighion Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item via the original method of purchase. Typically, refunds are reflected on your statements within 3-5 business days. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs.
PACKAGING
All jewelry orders are shipped in a 100% recycled paper gift box. If the order is a gift, please indicate that during checkout and we will be happy to include a gift message in the package.
