Wholesaler Registration Application - Part 1
- Payment. For all wholesale accounts, payment is due in full prior to shipment of each order. We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, or pay by check. If a check is being sent, your order will be sent after the check has cleared.
- Minimums. There is a $500 minimum for opening orders.
- Cancellation. Due to the handmade nature of our products, if an order is cancelled before being shipped, the buyer will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the entire order.
- Delivery. Please allow a production time of 3-4 weeks when placing your order. If the items are backordered, we will notify you. ** Please be aware that during the holiday season, production time may be delayed- please plan and order early. We will, however, do everything we can to get you the product! Shipping & Handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Product Use. Products purchased through wholesale accounts are to be used for resale only.
- Returns. All sales are final with the sole exception being damages/defects. If a product is damaged or defective, we will exchange it for the same item. Damage/ Defective claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before returning the item.
- Shipping Damages. All packages will be insured through FedEx. In event of shipping damages, please contact us immediately.
- One of a Kind Pieces. Currently our one of a kind pieces are an internet exclusive and not available for wholesale.
