If you wish to modify or cancel an order that has not shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has gone into production, changes will be considered on a case to case basis and dependent on the complexity of the change. Once an item has shipped, please follow the returns procedure as noted in our returns policy. 

Because our jewelry is handcrafted, lead times vary for each piece. Estimated lead times are provided for each item on the website. We will notify you immediately should there be any production delays. Expedited delivery may be available on certain items. Please contact us prior to purchase should you have a special request. 

We are often able to accommodate special requests. If you would like a necklace in a custom length, a larger or a different stone in one of our pieces, please contact us for more information. All custom orders are final sale. 


You will receive an email confirmation of your order at the time of purchase, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships. 


All orders shipped within Indiana are subject to 7% sales tax.
