RETURN POLICY

Requests for exchange or store credit must be made within 7 days of delivery of your package. No cash refunds. Please review the full policy before purchasing.

Christine personally hand crafts each item and great care is taken to insure you love your piece of jewelry, but she understands sometimes things just don't work out. Each return is handled on a case by case basis and if accepted you will be offered store credit or the ability to exchange your piece for another.

Please contact Christine personally at info@christinemighion.com to discuss your issue and receive your Return Authorization (RA) number if a return is agreed upon. You must have received an RA number for your return to be accepted.

• If you have a piece that was marked FINAL SALE or made for you as a CUSTOM REQUEST(any product not listed for sale on my website or needing sizing specifically for you such as a ring or an addition to a chain length) it can not be returned for any reason.

• For all other approved returns, the shipping fees & package protection costs associated with your original order are non-refundable.

• Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and items must be received within 7 days of receiving your RA number.

• For your protection, I recommend that you insure the package for the full purchase amount. Christine Mighion Jewelry IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for items damaged or lost in transit.
