Requests for exchange or store credit must be made within 7 days of delivery of your package. No cash refunds. Please review the full policy before purchasing.
Christine personally hand crafts each item and great care is taken to insure you love your piece of jewelry, but she understands sometimes things just don't work out. Each return is handled on a case by case basis and if accepted you will be offered store credit or the ability to exchange your piece for another.
Please contact Christine personally at info@christinemighion.com to discuss your issue and receive your Return Authorization (RA) number if a return is agreed upon. You must have received an RA number for your return to be accepted.
