RETURN POLICY

Requests for exchange or store credit must be made within 7 days of delivery.

I do not offer cash refunds, so please review the full policy before purchasing.

Each piece of Christine Mighion Jewelry is handcrafted with care, and I want you to love what you receive. That said, I understand that sometimes a piece may not work out as expected. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and if your return is approved, you will be offered store credit or the option to exchange your piece for another item.

Please contact me at info@christinemighion.com within 7 days of delivery to discuss your order. If a return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization number. Returns must have a Return Authorization number to be accepted.

Final sale items and custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. This includes any item marked FINAL SALE, any piece made specifically for you, any item not originally listed for sale on my website, resized rings, or pieces altered for you, including changes to chain length.

For all approved returns, original shipping fees and package protection costs are non-refundable. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Approved returns must be received within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization number.

For your protection, I recommend insuring the package for the full purchase amount. Christine Mighion Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
